Body building tips : Well! All nutrients like carbohydrates, protein ,fats and vitamin& minerals all are important. But from all these nutrients protein is known as body building food.

Always we see ,people see the body of any celebrity's and dreams to make his body like him,and without any information about bodybuilding ,in exicetment they join gym .you know 80% people left gym after 1 months or few days.


Before going gym we all should know the proper information about body building.often,people do certain mistakes before going gym because of this either they can't make his body or left the gym after few days.here I suggest you some tips,we all should know before going gym-


Choose right gym -

1.)choose the right gym, right gym means where all equipment are available ,trainer have proper knowledge and have good body also.it has two benefit first one is you get motivated from him to make good body and second one is you get proper training usually without proper use of any equipment makes your body in irregular shape.so choose right gym and good trainer.


Make your diet planning

2.) Before joining gym ,first make a diet plan,diet is most important part of gym.In the gym you have to lift weight,so,lots of energy is required to lift weight so you have to take carbohydrates for lots of energy.protein are most important parts to increase muscle mass.some seeds(pumpkin seed,flex seeds etc) fruits and vegetable(brocolli& cauliflower) gives you proper vitamins & minerals.so add all these nutrients in your diet plan .if you don't make diet plan your dream of making body is failed.remember one thing without fuel vehicles are nothing.just like without proper food your dream to make body never fullfilled.



Follow trainer instruction-

3.)After joining gym always follow trainer instruction.don't use any equipment without trainer permission. Important point is always start training by doing compount exercise because compound exercise increase your testesteron level .testesteron is responsible for building body mass.so start with compound exercise like (pull up,push up,squat ,lunges etc.)then use equipment.


Maximum 3 set on each of 10 reps-

4.) Always do maximum 3 round of 10 reps (repetition) in the beginning. It helps your muscles to prepare, and when muscle mass increase then increase reps not rounds.

Always take pre workout and post workout meal-

5.)always follow your diet plan most important on time.usually people do exercise lot and eating food less and think his body mass doesn't increase.always do post work meal and pre work out meal before and after gym.most of people ignore this,it is very important point .always do pre workout meal before 2 hours of training and post work work meal just within 30 min after training.it helps your body to recover .during training body muscles get broken .so post workout meal is important .

Take good sleep-

6.) Lastly always after workout give your body rest.it helps to repair broken tissue .Take atleast 6-7 hours sleep.As beside these good sleep has many benefits.These bodybuilding tips helps you to choose right gym way to make body .
