You see any students in your class who is very good in mathematics. He easily solve any questions but you can't .both of yours age are same.now just think when you both are child and you both don't know any thing.after that you both start learning about  the numbers ,then word,then addition then subtraction etc.
If you both start learning at same time then why you don't solve questions?The reason is simple after learning these things you don't show any interest to understand  the further chapters that's why you are weak.many of student I have seen if they can't understand they learn it.just think if you learn maths can you solve any questions in any examination? I  have also seen some students wants tricks to solve questions either he understand or not.if they forget these tricks what happen?you think yourself.

By seeing this here I want to give you some tips to improve your mathematics.follow these i am sure you get 100% benefit.

Focus on basics-

  To improve  your mathematics first you have to clear your basics.mathematics is not like other subject.means  if you cant understand learn it.without understanding you never solve any questions.if you are in senior class then you observe how chapters are corrlated to each other,if  you are in junior classes i suggest you to learn each chapters with full concept.by knowing concept you not only solve that chapters but also you don't get any problem to solving problems in higher class.If you are in higher classes go through junior classes books ,you see your concept will be definitely clear.

Learning formulae first -

 Before solving any exercise questions.always try to understand and solve in-text question by yourself. For this way you know how to use certain indenties,formulae at the time of solving exercise question.always learn formulae before solving questions this helps you a lot during solving.



Observation and understanding-

 Observation is must required to solve question.always observe  and  understand the question,if you understand ,then you easily know which formulae is going to used in that particular question.let me tell you why observation is important. You know there is a chapter in class7 algebraic expression.in this chapters certain important words are there like terms,coefficients etc.if you observe and understand this in class 7.you can easily understand the chapter polynomial in class 9th.
                Here  you learn 2 things first one is always understand the chapters clearly in that particular class,don't leave for higher classes and second one is all chapters  are correlated to each other.
